Per HCPSS policy, final exams cannot be administered early. If a student misses a final exam, the teacher will give a Z for the exam grade until the exam is made up. Teachers will grade exams upon their return to work for the 2026-2027 school year.
To sign up for an appointment to make up an exam(s) over the summer, open up the SignUpGenius link and click the blue Sign Up button next to the date/time slot you wish to reserve.
In the comments, please identify the course and the teacher’s name for each exam that needs to be made up. If you need to make up multiple exams, please note all necessary exams.
To confirm that your submission was recorded, a receipt of your appointment will be emailed to the address you provided. If you do not see the confirmation in your main inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please do so directly on the SignUpGenius link.
