Transcript Requests:
- For COLLEGE APPLICATIONS (GPHS Class of 2026), we need a paper copy of the Request and Waiver Form that is signed by parents and students, in order to send transcripts to colleges. You can download it and print it out or pick up a paper copy in Student Services. Return forms to Student Services.
- For CURRENT STUDENTS- non-college related- (GPHS Class of 2026, 2027, 2028, & 2029), click the transcript request form.
- For FORMER STUDENTS, please go to Student Records Request.
