GPHS Panther Premier Dance FAQ

We are looking forward to our student dance on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 7-10pm at GPHS! Please see below for details:

 

Guest Forms:

For a copy of the guest form you can open this link (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UhT-ykITVzgo26V1333mCsLfJDI8fYg8/view?usp=drive_lin)

Copies of guest forms are also available in the front office. Please make sure your guest form is fully completed with student and guest information. Forms must be turned into the front office no later than April 12, 2024 @ 2:35 pm. Guest forms must be turned in and approved by GPHS Admin or a ticket cannot be purchased.

 

Family File HCPSS Connect:

In order to be able to buy a ticket students must have their Family Connect file filled out by a parent/guardian. Follow the directions from the following link (https://www.hcpss.org/f/connect/family-file-user-instructions.pdf)

 

Tickets:

Tickets will be $15 each and sold during lunch shifts. 

There will be an option to pay with cash, check or by card at the time of purchase. 

Students can purchase tickets from April 22 - April 30, 2024.

All obligations need to be cleared before purchasing a dance ticket.

No refunds or transfer of tickets are allowed.

 

Song Requests:

If you would like to hear a certain song played at the dance you can fill out the google form (https://forms.gle/Jbri5oBC8SfS1E8o8) to put in a request that we will pass along to the DJ:

 

You bought your ticket! Now what?

Arriving at the Dance:

Many students choose to wear semi-formal wear, and some dress more casually.

All students and all guests will need their physical ticket to enter the dance.

Please bring your physical ticket and a photo ID or show your Canvas Page (using your phone).

Guests must arrive and enter the dance with the GPHS student who invited them and purchased their ticket.


Expectations: 

Dance is from 7pm -10pm. Enter through the main doors of the school.

Students must arrive before 8pm. No students will be permitted to enter past 8pm.

All HCPSS and school policies are in effect.

No backpacks or purses may be brought into the event. Students will be asked to check purses at the coat check and should not bring bags or backpacks.

Students will not be permitted to re-enter the dance once they leave.

Please arrange for a timely pick-up at 10pm.
