Student Orientation

Thursday, August 22nd  9:30am - 11am

This year’s orientation program is open to ALL students attending GPHS for the 24-25 school year and their families. I will be dropping off my daughter at her college (she is a freshman this year!) so unfortunately I will not be able to attend the orientation. However, you are in great hands with our amazing GPHS Staff.

At this year’s orientation, you will have a chance to learn about Guilford Park, check out your classes, find key locations in the building, and meet your teachers before school officially begins next week. Families will learn more about supports and programs available at GPHS. Spirit Wear will be on sale and support will be available for updating the HCPSS Family File. Enjoy snowballs by a GPHS family business as you head out for the day.

You will need to access your schedule in Synergy (students) or HCPSS Connect (parents) before the orientation to know where to go during the student scavenger hunt. We recommend taking a screenshot of your schedule to carry around. See the help guides below, if necessary.

Students can also download the StudentVUE app from the Apple or Android store. On this app, you will be able to see your schedule and other student information.

9:30-9:45am - Opening and Welcome in the auditorium
